On a beautiful September 11, 2025 our Not Falling Back was entered in a field of 11 at Churchill Downs, running a mile and 1/16th over their beautiful Turf Course, for a whopping $134,000 purse. He didn't win, and wasn't even in the money, but
BOY, DID HE RUN GAME!
Setting the scene, Trainer Block had thought this would be a good race for us following our great effort last month at Ellis Park. So he vanned our boy down from Hawthorne on Raceday Eve.
Sadly, none of the partners were able to come to the race - but to the rescue came Jodi, daughter of Founder Rabbit who along with her husband Alan, extended a Louisville trip to go to Churchill and cheer our boy on! Great Work Jodi And Alan!

With Jockey Florent Geroux aboard, we broke out of the 9 hole and made the lead. We stayed in front hoping to last down the lane, but midway thru we got passed by 3 horses - finishing 4th - just 2 lengths off the lead. Still, A Great Effort.
Next race is slated to be at Keeneland in October and hoping we will have a little better Racing Luck.
